By accessing or using debahc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
debahc provides a Web3 portfolio tracking and analytics platform that aggregates on-chain data from multiple blockchain networks. The service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and promptly update it if any information changes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your selected plan. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
All content, features, and functionality of debahc — including software, text, graphics, logos, and data models — are the exclusive property of debahc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent. User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the service.
You may not use debahc to engage in any unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems, scrape or systematically extract data without written permission, or interfere with the service's integrity or performance. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. On-chain data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, debahc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to debahc immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website with an updated effective date. If changes are material, we will notify registered users via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
