Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle and the new features become available immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep access to your current plan until then. No penalties, no friction.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as payments via Stripe. For annual Pro and Enterprise plans, we also support invoice-based payment and selected stablecoins (USDC, USDT on Ethereum mainnet). Crypto payments are processed through our verified payment partner and are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

Security is foundational to debahc. All wallet addresses you connect are read-only — we only use public blockchain data to calculate your portfolio. Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal or financial data. Our infrastructure is regularly audited, and we follow industry-standard security practices including role-based access controls and routine penetration testing.

Never. debahc is a read-only analytics platform. We never ask for, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or any credentials that could authorize transactions. Connecting a wallet to debahc means providing only your public wallet address — the same information visible on any public block explorer. You retain full custody of your assets at all times.

Your 14-day free trial gives you full access to the Pro plan features with no credit card required. When the trial period ends, your account automatically moves to the Free tier. You won't be charged anything, and your tracked wallets and saved data are preserved. If you'd like to continue with Pro features, you can subscribe at any time from your dashboard — no data is lost during the transition.

We offer a 7-day refund window for monthly subscriptions if you contact our support team within 7 days of your initial payment and haven't made extensive use of the platform. Annual plan refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial-month refunds are not available for downgrades. Crypto payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of on-chain transactions.
